Catalog posting schedules and repeat rules

Posting volume and timing are configurable: three or five posts are working examples, not a fixed aiSMM daily limit or package promise.

Catalog posting schedules and repeat rules

Short answer: Catalog volume and timing should fit the business workflow. Three or five posts can be useful examples in a scope conversation, but neither is a required aiSMM daily quantity. The important rule states what is published, when it is published, when the queue stops and how the team avoids repeating one product.

A schedule is more than a clock time

A schedule combines a period, volume, channel and stop rule. One business may review a catalog once a day and publish at an agreed time. Another may rotate several categories. These are different workflows and should not be described with one assumed quantity.

Start by asking what happens when a selected product was already published, is no longer available or cannot be checked. If the answer is missing, increasing the volume only moves an unclear queue faster.

Three and five are examples only

Three or five posts may illustrate the scale of a conversation, but those numbers do not describe a tariff, technical limit or guaranteed result. The final volume depends on the catalog, available channels, review work and the business process.

Prevent accidental repetition

  • Record the latest publishing time and channel.
  • Define how long a product stays in the same selection queue.
  • Distinguish one product published to two channels from a repeated post on one channel.
  • Mark a record for review when its catalog data changes.
  • Stop the queue when price, status or link cannot be confirmed.

Illustrative example

A store wants to select items from several categories. Its rule records category order, posting time, availability review and the hold condition for a repeated item. It does not commit to one quantity because the catalog changes over time. The example shows how to write a rule, not what every store must use.

After a rule changes, test it with one product. A small review can show whether the queue recognizes an already published item and records its current state.
